The Faculty of Economics & Business Administration - Branch 2, in collaboration with Centre MINE, organized a workshop entitled “AI-Powered CV Writing & Career Growth” presented by Dr. Riad Mekdessi, a certified expert in sustainable ecological development and future skills, co-founder and director of Centre MINE.

Dr. Mekdessi explained to students how to write an effective CV that meets the requirements of the current era, in which AI has become an essential criterion in recruitment processes. He also discussed the role of this technology in improving employment opportunities, interacting with digital recruitment platforms, and exploring new job prospects in light of the rapid digital transformation.

Dr. Mekdessi also discussed the concept of ATS-friendly CVs, explaining how to identify keywords from job descriptions and strategically include them in CVs to increase the chances of passing electronic screening.
