Abdel Razzak El Zohby, a graduate of the Faculty of Engineering (Branch 1), won third place in the René Houpert Young Researchers Award for the best oral presentations by PhD students during the 42nd Annual Conference of the University Association for Civil Engineering in France, held in Le Havre between 28-30 May 2024.

Zohby is a graduate of the Civil Engineering Department at the Faculty of Engineering (Branch 1) and is currently pursuing a PhD dissertation on "Sustainability of Electrochemical Maintenance Techniques for Corrosion Control of Reinforced Concrete Structures" at the LMDC laboratory of the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA) - Toulouse.
