President Badran discusses operations at the Central Laboratory with Minister Nassereddine
President Bassam Badran met in his office at the Central Administration with Minister of Public Health Dr. Rakan Nassereddine, in the presence of Dr. Eva Hamade, Director of the Research Center for Analysis, Environment, and Health at the Doctoral School of Science & Technology, and the Minister’s advisors, Dr. Suzanne Farhat and Dr. Talal Khalil.
The meeting discussed preparations for the launch of operations at the Central Laboratory for the Safety, Quality, and Efficacy of Pharmaceutical Products between the Ministry of Public Health and the Lebanese University, as approved by a Cabinet decision (Decision No. 8, dated 29/10/2025).
The two parties also discussed their existing cooperation and ways to strengthen it, particularly in the scientific and medical faculties and research laboratories.
