President Bassam Badran opened the dialogue with the student councils from the university's institutes and faculties in Saida and Nabatieh, in a meeting hosted by the Institute of Social Sciences (Branch 5).

President Badran listened to the students' concerns and answered their questions and emphasized the importance of the culture of dialogue as a civilized means of bridging views on various issues.

President Badran considered the student councils as the first step in promoting the concept of dialogue among the younger generation, calling on students to utilize the positives of university life in the path of citizenship and community values.
