The Faculty of Pharmacy provides graduates with an experienced knowledge of medicinal and therapeutic properties of drugs and drug formulations for the treatment of diseases. The Faculty grants a Doctorate Degree in practicing pharmacy and a professional and research master’s degrees in various pharmaceutical specializations.
Research Center
Description
The Lebanese Food, Drug and Chemicals Administration was established by Decree 2145/2016 to perform its tasks in cooperation with the faculties of pharmacy, medical sciences, public health, dental medicine, science, agronomy, and the Doctoral School of Science & Technology.
Objectives
The Center is responsible for the following tasks:
- Implementing agreements between the Lebanese University and the Ministry of Public Health.
- Implementing projects with public and private institutions.
- Participating in food, water, and chemical safety campaigns and other programs of the Ministry of Public Health and public and private institutions.
