Erasmus+ WE4LEAD: Registration Opens for the Second Edition of MOOC
As part of the efforts to sustain results of European Erasmus+ WE4LEAD project, co-led by the Lebanese University and Aix-Marseille University, a second edition of MOOC “Promoting Women’s Access to Leadership Positions” will soon be available on the FUN MOOC platform.
This online course addresses issues related to women representation in leadership and decision-making roles, particularly in academia. It aims to raise participants’ awareness of the barriers that can hinder women’s access to these roles and provide them with approaches, resources, and tools developed as part of WE4LEAD project to promote a more balanced participation of women in leadership positions.
This second edition has been enhanced by the inclusion of deliverables and tools produced as part of WE4LEAD project. These resources, now directly accessible to participants and available in multiple languages, add an extra practical dimension to the course.
The MOOC is intended for students, faculty, researchers, administrative staff, and university administrators, as well as anyone interested in issues related to women’s access to leadership positions.
The course is free. Registration opens on 12 October 2026, and the course will be available from 16 November 2026 to 15 November 2027. Participants will also be able to earn a FUN MOOC badge certifying their completion of the course.
