Centre MINE, under the SAFIR project, is organizing the "Social Entrepreneurship Competition".

The competition is open to all students enrolled in the Lebanese university for the academic year 2023, regardless of their major, branch, region, gender, or age.

Safir EU is an ambitious project supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and youth social inclusion in 9 countries across the MENA region.

Co-financed by European Commission, Safir is implemented by INSTITUT FRANÇAIS, in partnership with Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie, CFImedias, Lab'ess, Arab NGO Network for Development, and Bloom EMEA - Entrepreneurship Everywhere.

Participants can enter individually or in teams of up to 5 members, with each person or team submitting one idea.The competition focuses on early-stage startups in the ideation phase, specifically those with a social impact and based on social entrepreneurship ideas. Applications in English, French, or Arabic are accepted.
