On 20 July 2020, the Lebanese University - Institute of Social Sciences (Branch 5) began examinations with the participation of the Lebanese Red Cross to ensure the implementation of preventive health measures.

The measures included taking temperature at the entrance and sterilizing halls before the arrival and departure of students, in addition to mandatory wearing masks and maintaining social distancing.
