Vanessa Ayoub, a student at the Lebanese University - Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences (Branch 3), received the Silver Award at the Muscat International Film Festival held in March 2018 for her acting role in the movie “Nour” directed by Khalil Zaarour, and filmed five years ago.

Vanessa had also won the Best Actress Award at the Alexandria Film Festival held in October 2017 for the same movie. The movie deals with the “marriage of minors” and Vanessa embodied the starring role of the girl “Nour” who was forced by her family to marry at an early age.

Vanessa is from North Lebanon, Dennieh and a student at the Department of Arts and Archeology and has a special talent in acting, but finds herself more in archeology. Yes, she confirms that she is always willing to consider any acting role having the same importance as her starring role in “Nour”.
