The President of the Lebanese University, Professor Fouad Ayoub, received in his office at the Central Administration Building, Mrs. Rachida Dumas, Educational Cooperation Attaché and Head of the French Language Department at the French Institute.

During the meeting, which took place in the presence of Prof. Zeinab Saad, General Coordinator of the International Relations Office at the Lebanese University, the two parties detailed various joint cooperation projects presented by the French Institute to the University, especially in the field of cultural and educational exchange and the strengthening of the French language as a culture, which is considered one of the main pillars of the university and the French Institute strategies.

The meeting also dealt with the issue of supporting conferences and joint masters’ projects in the educational fields, and providing support for outstanding students with the aim of conducting scientific visits to French institutions and universities.
