Elissa Abi Habib majored in Agricultural Engineering at the Lebanese University - Faculty of Agronomy and Veterinary Sciences where she obtained her Bachelor and Masters Degrees.
She then pursued a Professional Master’s degree in Agricultural Engineering at the Lebanese University and worked on a thesis entitled “Impact of the addition of derivative yeast, during fermentation, on the organoleptic red wine quality (color, astringency)” and had the chance to do an internship in L'Allemand Company in France.
She is currently pursuing her Doctoral studies at the Montpellier SupAgro - INRA - Institut National de la Recherche Agronomique and working on a thesis entitled “Impact of the variability of the grape raw material on the red wine organoleptic quality”.
Elissa addressed Lebanese University students through Link LU and encouraged them to work hard in order to reach their objectives and to be proud as Lebanese University students are known to be tough students.
