Ali Hjeij wins table tennis title at the FS - Branch 1
Ali Hjeij won the table tennis championship organized by students of the Faculty of Sciences (FS) – Branch 1 over the course of a week, under the management and supervision of coach Abdel Karim Fakih from the Sports Activities Department.
Thirty-two students participated in the competition, and Hajjig defeated Wissam Roumieh 3-0 (11-4, 11-9, 11-9) in the final match.
The winners received their medals from the organizers and coach Fakih, who thanked students Ali Zaraket and Hussein Srour for their effective contribution to the success of the tournament.
It should be noted that the results of the tournament form the basis for selecting those qualified to represent the college in the courses and tournaments held by the Sports Department at the Lebanese University.
