Dr. Tarek Assaf elected as First VP of the LU Sports Federation
Dr. Tarek Assaf, from the Faculty of Pedagogy, was elected First Vice President of the Lebanese University Sports Federation (FSUL) for a term extending until the end of 2029, maintaining the University's active position in the Federation.
Dr. Assaf's selection is a qualitative addition to the work of the Federation of Universities, given his sports experience and academic competence. He is the head of the Department of Physical Education & Sports at the Faculty of Pedagogy - Branch 2 and advisor to the University President, Dr. Bassam Badran, on sports affairs.
