Type a name for the computer you are dialing = Rectorat1

In the "Dial-Up Networking" window we see the sreation of a new icon named "Rectorat1", we then right-click on it and choose Properties

We get the following box :

We choose the tab "Server Types" :

We click on "TCP/IP Settings…" :

We must choose "Specify name server addresses" box and we put in it the following IP:
Primary DNS : 194.126.23.1
Secondary DNS : 194.126.23.2
We click "OK" and a second time click "OK".

Then we get the following box "Rectorat1" :

In the following dialog :
User name : Account username
Password : Account Password
Save password ( we can save the password for not typing it every time we open our account)

Modifiying the Internet Explorer Setup:
Open "Internet Explorer", in the Tools menu "Tools" we choose "Internet options" :

Then choose "Connections" tab :

Then we click on "LAN Settings…" :
