The President of the Lebanese University, Professor Fouad Ayoub, appointed Professor Hanna Maalouf as the Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management.

Professor Maalouf is a full-time professor at the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management. He holds a PhD in Tourism Science from the University of Perpignan Via Domitia, France and previously obtained a master's degree in tourism and cultural engineering and a second master in economics and management.

Professor Maalouf has many scientific researches in tourism and is a member of the peer-reviewed international scientific journal specialized in tourism. He participated in cooperation projects between the Lebanese University and European universities and lectured in international tourism conferences and seminars. He also contributed to the preparation and planning of tourism development programs at both the Lebanese and Arab levels.
