- The Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management- Lebanese University - has visited the faculty of Tourism in Alexandria University (a country partner in the project) - 2005 -
- The Chairman of higher studies in the faculty participated in the Thessaloniki (Coordinator of the Project) meeting exchanging with the rest of partners the ideas and the required steps of the project.- 2005 -
- The Dean and the Chairman of higher studies participating in Alexandria University for discussing the draft of curriculum prepared by the coordinator - 2006 -
- The Dean and the Chairman of higher studies participating in the Instituto Politechnico of Bega, Portugal, (the second European partner) where the Lebanese and the Egyptian partners present their curriculum programmes and syllabus, and selected Beirut, Lebanon to be the host city of the congress on October 2007. -26-27 June 2006-
- The Dean and the Chairman of higher studies participating in he Thessaloniki (Coordinator of the Project) to approve the final curriculum and syllabus of the project, to determine the list name of the Trainers’ Training Program, to develop the teaching material (case studies)and the local JEP website, and to purchase the necessary equipments (Software/Hardware).
